How to Avoid the Morning Hangover

Calcium – arugula, dark green leafy vegetables, tahini, sardines, and salmon with bone

Magnesium: Beans, dark greens, nuts, and seeds. Magnesium deficiency affects 48% of Americans. This is caused by stress, coffee, alcohol and not enough nutrients in our diets.
