Best Chocolate for Weight Loss

Eat chocolate. 

Yes, eat chocolate! Dark chocolate that is.

Protein Oatmeal with Chocolate Chips 

Serves 1

½ cup rolled oats

1 cup water

Dash of sea salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons Enjoy Life chocolate chips

Add the oats, water, sea salt, and cinnamon to a small pot over medium heat. Stir until the liquid is absorbed. Stir in the protein powder. Turn off the heat. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl. Top with chocolate chips.
